Terms & Conditions
- No employees of Fuelture or their friends/family, can enter our competitions.
- No employees of our Business Partners or sponsoring companies are eligible to
enter our competitions.
- Entries are restricted to one per family member per competition and must be
received in our office via email by the closing date. Any entries received
after that date are ineligible.
- All Competition winners must allow Fuelture to make full use of publicity,
although personal details will be kept confidential.
- If there are any age restrictions in
competitions then any entry by a person found to be outside their restrictions
will be deemed ineligible even if that is after we have notified them of their
success.
- All winners of competitions will have their success confirmed in by telephone
and in writing by letter from Fuelture and will have their names published on
the Fuelture website.
- The prize will be sent in First Class mail.
- If there are no correct entries to a competition, then the prizes will be
awarded on a raffle basis. If there are insufficient entries to cover the
number of prizes, then unsuccessful entries from similar competitions may be
drawn, or those prizes will be deemed property of Fuelture and may be used as
prizes for other competitions.
- Any entrants to competitions will not have their names and addresses passed
onto third parties, unless there is a specific request for further information
pertaining to the competition.
- Entrants must live within the UK
to take part in competitions.
- No cash or any other alternative prizes are available, in exchange for the
prizes noted in the published competition.
- The judge’s decision is final in all cases.
