Is this your first LPG conversion?

Yes

Did you have any initial concerns about converting?

Not really, although I was concerned about loss of space in the boot.

How did you overcome those concerns?

Once I knew about the donut tank option, I realised that there wouldn't be a problem with space.

How did you find the whole conversion process with Fuelture?

Very well planned and organised. Communication was very good with personal phone calls to ensure that things were going well.

What was your experience of the actual conversion like?

The company that did the conversion were extremely proficient and careful. The result was a car that looked, as a friend commented, "as if it had been built with an LPG system from new".

How easy has it been to run your LPG car?

Very easy. There has been no significant difference in running since the conversion.

Has refuelling been an issue?

Only in 1 or 2 parts of the country where LPG suppliers are sparse and prices are higher.

How has your car been running since the LPG conversion, any problems?

I had a minor problem with the multi-valve on the fuel tank; however it has now been resolved by replacing the tank with one of a different design.

Is there anything that you would change about your conversion?

No, it has been a very good experience all round.

What was the key factor about LPG that made you convert?

Running costs. Since the conversion my average fuel cost per mile has gone from 12p to just over 8p. I just hope that the Government does not alter the tax on LPG.

Why did you choose Fuelture to convert your car to LPG?

I was looking at two companies.  I liked that Fuelture used Nicholson McLaren equipment and after the personal contact and customer support that I had from Gbenga, the Managing Director, I decided to follow the Fuelture route.
